Servette Rugby Club de Genève

On the road, Servette Rugby Club de Genève proved no match

Jeu de Balle

After having clenched their first victory last Sunday on their home turn, Servette Rugby Club de Genève traveled to Arbreslois with tremendous motivation. On their first away game, the players were determined to come home victorious. In the end, the team led by Didier Cavoret proved to be no match. The team scored 86 points while only conceding on one occasion.

Despite the large difference in points, Servette was forced to work hard in the first half. Players desperately tried to connect with one another, but it was mostly through individual plays that the team scored most of its tries. That being said, at no point in time did RC Arbrelois prove to be a real threat.

In the second half, the Geneva XV gradually capitalized on their formidable potential. Bringing quick passes and tactical order to the game, the team easily prevailed over the opponents at hand. It was not without courage and fight that the local time went down though. A brilliant victory, and a great way to keep the momentum going!
